About Sandra
I’m Sandra, founder of Solar Coaching.
My work is shaped by nearly four decades of professional experience — beginning my career in banking before building a long and varied career in accountancy, leadership, and project work.
Over time, I’ve seen how people’s relationship with work changes. What once felt right can begin to feel different, and the questions become more reflective.
I formally trained as a coach in 2019 and established Solar Coaching in 2024, though much of my career has involved supporting, mentoring, and creating space for others to think clearly about their direction.
Clients often describe me as calm, thoughtful, and gently challenging. My role isn’t to give you answers, but to offer a space where you can explore what matters, make sense of change, and move forward with more clarity, confidence, and self‑trust.
